RF microneedling may cause some discomfort, but numbing cream is usually applied beforehand to minimise any pain. Side effects are usually mild and temporary, including redness, swelling, and slight bruising at the treatment site. Patients are advised to follow aftercare instructions to achieve the best results and avoid complications.
