The 12-point facelift is a non-surgical treatment using dermal fillers to lift and contour the face. The 12-point facelift is relatively painless due to the use of a numbing cream prior to the procedure. Of course, however we’ve developed this facelift to try and bring you a package of anti-ageing benefits under one umbrella. So, for example, if you opted to just have anti-wrinkle treatment, you wouldn’t see a volumising effect. If you just had PDO threads, you may not be able to target those finer lines and wrinkles that Botox reduces. And dermal fillers won’t help relax your facial muscles, as Botox does.
Much of the effects will last for 12-24 months, but metabolism, sun exposure, skin age and other factors all play a role. Additionally, since the 12 point facelift involves anti-wrinkle injections and these have a shorter duration, you might need top-ups for this part of the treatment. Most of our patients report little in the way of downtime, but we will cover all aftercare with you as some activities might not be recommended in the early days following treatment.
